For pixel-mapped video and chases. At 40 fps one output refreshes up to 308 dots. Higher frame rates need more outputs and controllers.
Every power circuit is limited to 100 W (NEC Class 2). This needs more power feeds and supplies.
Longer strings, up to 50 dots and 32.8 ft of dots, so fewer joins. Strings longer than the standard 8.2 ft carry a price premium.
Leads and connectors Lead-in 5.9 in (150 mm) and lead-out 5.9 in (150 mm), male amphenol in, female amphenol out. Set automatically from your spacing.
